PHOTO SUBMISSIONS
What We Accept:
- Incident Images
- New Delivery Shots – Apparatus Showcase
- Event Photos
- Other Special Photographs
Requirements:
- Photograph or Scanned Image (72dpi RGB) via e-mail (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) or ZIP
Include:
- Please include a note affirming you were the photographer for this image. Include your name, address & phone number. Include 3-8 pictures. Include a 3-5 paragraph description of the incident. This must be an article written by yourself or someone in your department that you have permission to submit for. We can not accept articles written by any third party media. This means NO articles written by newspapers or TV stations!!!! Those articles are copyrighted. If you are submitting a news tip on a story you saw in your local media, please see make sure to credit the source when you submit it to us. These submissions will be forwarded to the news department.

VIDEO SUBMISSIONS

Requirements/Types of Submissions:
- DVD of Video (Mailed to us)
- Online Submission
- Valid Video file types: WMV (Windows Media Video), MOV (Quicktime), FLV (Flash Video), MPEG/MPG, AVI, and VOB. 100 mb limit.
Include:
- Please include a note affirming you were the videographer for this image. Include your name, address & phone number. Include 3-5 paragraph description.

We accept a variety of news and informative stories, including breaking news original text, stories about special events and programs your organization participates in.

CALENDAR ITEMS
Information on major fire, rescue and EMS events will be posted on the Firehouse Online site. Our database, which will allow you to enter events and seach, is called the Events Calendar.
When you submt event for inclusion on the web site, it is also automatically considered for the print edition of Firehouse® Magazine. You can complete the submission form for calendar events here.
