On This Month's Cover:

Members of the FDNY, FDNY EMS, New York Police Department and Port Authority Police Department and representatives and officials of other city and government agencies carry a ceremonial empty stokes basket to an ambulance marking the end of the recovery process at “Ground Zero.” A trailer carried the last piece of structural steel from the site. The ceremony took place at the World Trade Center site in New York on May 30, 2002.
